All TruckerToTrucker LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) months from date of shipment. During this period TruckerToTrucker LLC will at its option repair or replace without charge any products or part thereof found to be defective in material or workmanship. This warranty does not extend to any product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, alteration or unauthorized repair.

Defective products must be returned to TruckerToTrucker LLC within the above period, transportation prepaid. Contact Customer Service for details. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL TRUCKERTOTRUCKER LLC BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS OF VEHICLE, CARGO OR PROFITS.
