i will never use speedco again for as long as i live.i stoped in the new speedco at greenwood la had oil changed for 285 dollars and i had to wait for 2 hours for them to open and had to supply my own fuel filter and they only gave me a 5 dollar discount for that thanks alot loosers

So you showed up 2 hours before they opened (your mistake not thiers) and from my experience if a store didnt have my filters they would do whatever it took to get them. so i think you are just a big whiner. If they did this why didnt you call customer service like a normal person would?

It is not is SpeedCo's way of doing business to go and obtain filters that were not stocked. I know this because I worked for this company for 8 long years... Customer Service??? Thats kind of a joke... A businss that has SO many warranty claims against them they have to have a call center and employ more then a few people just to handle these issues, and then has more then just a few attorneys to help litigate... This has to say something for this company... SpeedCo is GREEDY plain and simple. There fuel... Its recycled... They save and filter the old fuel from the filters taht they take back off and put in your truck... They hire the most absolute stupidest people that are willing to work for 7-8 bucks an hour... Most just right out of high school, or out of jail... There is no incentive to work in a establishment like that. SpeedCo Is KNOWN for taking long term employees that are knowledgable and terminating them just because they make too much money... When they came up with a story to can me, I was there OVER 8 years and therefore making decent money 30k+yr... They have one of the worst medical insurances around ($1000.00 deductable) Its no wonder that You seldom see a familiar face at these places... Turnover is WAY too high...

I hate to quote you, Tater, I think Speedco lost its last "absolute stupidest person" when they fired you. Good for Speedco!
